Abstract
This document reports on two targeted intervention programmes called ‘Special Me Time’ and ‘Quality Me Time’ which were carried out by teachers or teaching assistants in primary schools in Wales. These targeted programmes aimed to support quiet shy and anxious learners from reception to year 2 and learners in year 3 to 4 to become more confident and engaged in school.
