Abstract
Prioritising the principles of circularity in the creative industries (CI) demands a fundamental reimagining of the systems, processes and cultures involved. We present the development of a design-led support intervention designed under UKRI Strength in Places project, Media Cymru [1], aimed at supporting aspiring innovators in the Welsh CI. It highlights the critical role of design facilitators in debunking myths surrounding 'circularity' and guiding creative practitioners through the complexities and challenges of adopting circular economy principles.
