Abstract

The Plans for Inclusion The preparatory analysis for the PEBA of the Municipality of Udine introduces the concept of “responsible accessibility” as an opportunity, and as a requirement that identifies the places of living through strategic bottom-up participatory actions. The latter are tested to expand the potential of governance, opening the debate to a plurality of qualitative and quantitative methodological visions, both of information co-development, and of community sharing for the well-being of all.
