Abstract

This chapter examines critical success factors for events-led sustainable destination management strategies, based on one rural and three urban UK case studies exploring the extent to which the seven success factors for business tourism (namely, leadership, networking, branding, skills, ambassadors, infrastructure, and bidding) are shared with events-led tourism strategies.
