The study investigates the integration of rule-based systems, natural language processing (NLP), and pattern recognition techniques to model behavioural patterns and inform decision-making in care-environments. Drawing from both theoretical and applied research, the paper proposes a hybrid AI framework through expert systems with basic machine learning models to support the identification of triggers and suitable interventions for challenging behaviours.",
