Abstract

This Final Report provides an overview of the main findings of an independent evaluation of the C4AProgramme. Commissioned by Sport Wales, it was conducted by UK Research and Consultancy Services Ltd (RCS) over a three year period from July 2015 to September 2018. Its purpose is to provide an accessible overview of the evidence and conclusions from what has been a complex and multi-faceted Programme comprising a diverse range of innovative Projects.
