Exercise psychology and public health researcher with expertise in qualitative methods, systems mapping  and coordinating NIHR-funded research projects. Passionate about public engagegement, co-production and system-led approaches that aims to make a difference in improving health and wellbeing across the lifespan. Strong project management skills as demonstrated by coordinating complex interventions and clinical trials. Dedicated to inspiring people to be more physically active and socially connected by investigating new approaches and delivering large-scale research projects.
