My research interests emcompass several important areas, including work-family conflict and work-life balance, flexible working arrangements, gender studies, emotional and aesthetic labor, and cross-national Human Resource Management (HRM). These investigations are situated within diverse contexts such as the airline industry, higher education institutions, public sector organisations, and more recently, multinational corporations. Through these varied lenses, I explore the complex interactions and challenges that arise in balancing professional and personal demands, particularly as they pertain to gender dynamics. My scholarly contributions to these fields have been recognised and published in peer-reviewed international journals.
