Personal profile
Research interests
My research focuses on improving healthcare experiences and addressing related inequalities through design-led approaches. I am particularly interested in the concept of empowerment in healthcare and in designing meaningfully adaptive services and systems that support individuals with chronic conditions throughout their empowerment journeys.
