Research interests
As a doctoral research supervisor, I am interested in supervising projects on university–industry knowledge exchange, employability, innovation in pedagogy, and youth work-readiness. I also welcome research on leading organizational change and AI-moderated people development. Ethics and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) remain core to all research I supervise.
