Research interests
Daniel is a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a forensic psychologist registered with the HCPC. He currently works across academia and clinical practice where in addition to his university role he works as a practitioner psychologist within the Wales Offender Personality Disorder Pathway service. Daniel's research interests broadly relate to improving the care and treatment of people in contact with justice services with a specific focus on trauma, compassion-focused approaches, and reducing coercive practices.
