Research interests
As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Claire's interest in gendered structures operating within the UK accounting profession was reflected in her doctoral research. Since then her research interests have expanded to include all forms of inequality including ethnicity and class. Her involvement in a number of educational projects funded by the Welsh Government expanded her focus to include the inequalities experienced by children living in deprived regions of Wales.
