Research interests

My current interests are focused on secure mental health services and include mental health law and discrimination, psychiatric treatment, patient recovery, reoffending, rehospitalisation, risk assessment, psychiatric decision making and restrictive practices that impinge upon human rights.  I am also interested in the cognitive psychology of cervical and breast cancer diagnostic screening.
