The Customer Research Network is an inclusive and interdisciplinary platform which brings together researchers who are actively engaged in research related to customer behaviour working across sectors such as food, sports, fashion, technology, tourism, hospitality, and more. It also supports those investigating various customer contexts, such as retail, digital, B2B, and service-based markets. The research group aims to foster collaboration, idea exchange, and research integration across these diverse domains, enhancing both academic and practical understanding of customer behaviour.
