Organisation profile
Located within the Cardiff School of Sport & Health Sciences, the Centre for Sports Coaching, Management and Culture forms part of the Universities Global Academy for Health and Human Performance. Established through the amalgamation of four research and innovation groups, it brings together areas of expertise that provides critical, robust, cutting-edge commentary that advocates the development of (i) Coaching, coach education and learning, (ii) Sports management workforce development and governance and, (iii) ethical, inclusive, and sustainable sporting cultures. Our areas of strength have interdisciplinarity in research and innovation, providing excellence in good practice so that we are international in our outlook, entrepreneurial in our approach and outcomes that deliver high impact.
