Our work is grounded in collaboration with key stakeholders, including educators, families, policymakers, ensuring that our research has a real-world impact. We aim to influence national and international policy, inform best practices in the classroom, and contribute to the development of inclusive educational frameworks that empower both learners and educators.

By fostering an interdisciplinary approach, we examine ALN from various perspectives, integrating insights from education, psychology, health, and social sciences. The group is committed to advancing the inclusion agenda, supporting the Welsh Government’s Additional Learning Needs and Educational Tribunals (ALNET) Act, and contributing to global discussions on disability and inclusion.
