To create a workforce data science dashboard, and informed methodology, to direct Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity’s (CIMSPA) decision-making in building a skilled, motivated national sport and physical activity workforce. This KTP holds a critical role in achieving CIMSPA’s vision of shaping a recognised, valued, and inclusive sport and physical activity sector.
