This technical report forms part of the dissemination series of the Erasmus+ funded Developing Sport Managers & Leaders Across Europe (DSMLE) project (Reference: 622709-EPP-1-2020-1-UK-SPO-SCP). It presents findings from a global discipline study examining how the sport management academic community evaluates and prioritises employability-related concepts and dimensions relevant to curriculum design, pedagogy, and professional preparation. Using a conceptual field-testing methodology, the report analyses responses relating to work-based learning, work-related learning, career development learning, lifelong learning, graduate attributes, enterprise and entrepreneurship education, and professional identity formation. The report includes conceptual framing, methodology, results, preliminary conclusions, and a glossary of employability-related definitions.
