Crynodeb
This study explores how AI-augmented creativity tools can support girls’ engagement in computing by integrating the lived experiences of women in technology. Drawing on ten semi-structured interviews, we present key themes that reflect emotional, cultural, and social dimensions of learning. The findings offer critical design implications for inclusive AI learning environments that are participatory, reflexive, and experience-centered—while acknowledging both benefits and risks of technological mediation.
