N2 - Today in the healthcare, privacy, data security, and efficient management are tough hurdles. In this paper a healthcare data management system centered on blockchain that integrates both permissiveness blockchains and permissionless for safe and segregated handling of administration and patient data. It uses fog computing to minimize dormancy and improve responsiveness by analyzing client data before moving to the blockchain. Private information, such as health reports of patients, is collected in a permissiveness blockchain, sure access control and data encryption, while non-classified information, such as location, is distributed on a permissionless blockchain for complete clarity. Medical institutes and organizations can safely check and keep an eye on patient information, improving medical amenities. Suggested model shows a sync between data security, sincerity, and proficiency while targeting the problems and complexities of data privacy in healthcare field. To make the healthcare data maintenance better and eliminate security issues this portrays the ability of merging smart technologies.
